Site Coordinator and Mentor

The site coordinator is responsible for executing program logistics, directing staff, maintaining records, and reporting data. Program days are on Tuesday/Thursday 3:00 pm-5:30 pm and Saturday 10:00 am-12:00 pm.

Other responsibilities include:  

  • Maintaining excellent communication with school administrators and families
  • Collecting, organizing, and recording records
  • Reporting demographic and retention data
  • Coordinating the spring community science fair
  • Attending staff meetings and professional development trainings
  • Maintaining social media platforms
  • Attending parent meetings
  • Supporting the program manager with general administrative support and other lead personnel as appropriate

Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) individuals are encouraged to apply.

Pay Rate: $15/ hr (20 hrs. per week for 16 weeks)
