Meet Bethel Mbakaogu a graduate student at the University of Houston becoming a professional in the field of Supply Chain, Logistics and Project Management.
He is developing a deep understanding of the complexities involved in managing a global supply chain, from sourcing raw materials to delivering finished products to clients. Building on this foundation, Bethel expanded his skillset to include the project management Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course and the Process/Logistics Optimization Matlab course.
Through this mentorship Program, he is looking forward to a mentor-mentee relationship with the Chevron-Phillips project management/process optimization team. I want to seamlessly integrate supply chain and project management methodologies in creating efficiencies and optimizing processes to drive results using the latest technologies and tools, a mentor from a company with a proven track record of implementing innovative solutions that increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction would be a great choice.
I find breaking knowledge to the understanding of 4th and 5th grades interesting; I further wish to improve my communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex projects and become a leader who can help myself and an organization achieve goals and succeed in today's competitive market.
